Made to Order - Every artwork on our website is printed and crafted specifically for you to the highest standards, and enters production immediately upon receiving your order.
Order Cancellations and Returns: Because our items are made to order, and in accordance with consumer protection laws for custom-made products, it is not possible to cancel an order, exchange, or return a non-defective product once it has entered the production process. Therefore, we highly recommend carefully reviewing your order details to ensure you have chosen the right artwork, material, and size for your space before completing your payment.
Defective Products or Order Errors: We are committed to uncompromising quality and stand behind every piece that leaves our studio. In the rare event that your artwork arrives defective, is damaged during shipping, or does not match your original order, we take full responsibility.
How to report a defect or request an exchange? Please contact us via email or through the "Contact Us" page shortly after receiving your package, and include the following details:

A clear photo of the defect on the artwork.

A photo of the outer packaging (if it was damaged during shipping).
Once we receive and review your request, we will provide a swift resolution, which includes remanufacturing the product and shipping it to you at no additional cost, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
