Terms of Service

General - The Elsewhere Gallery website (hereinafter: the "Site") serves as a virtual gallery and store for the sale of made-to-order artworks and art prints. Browsing the Site and making purchases on it constitute your agreement to these Terms of Service. Purchasing on the Site is permitted for anyone over the age of 18 holding a valid credit card. If the purchaser is a minor, the use of the Site is subject to the approval of their parents or legal guardians.

Order Processing - Since every artwork is printed and produced specifically for you, final confirmation of the order and the start of production will only occur after credit card approval. The Site management reserves the right to discontinue the sale of certain artworks at any time.

Warranty and Color Accuracy - We make great efforts to display the artworks on the Site as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight differences in shades and color representation between your personal screen and the actual physical print (due to differences in screen calibrations). The warranty for the artworks is valid under reasonable use and in accordance with proper display instructions (avoiding direct and continuous exposure to harsh sunlight, extreme humidity, etc.).

Intellectual Property and Copyrights - All copyrights and intellectual property on the Site, including the brand name, logo, artworks, designs, images, and texts, are the exclusive property of the Site owner and the creating artists. It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or use the content and artworks for any commercial or other purpose without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability - The Site management shall not be held liable for any indirect damages caused as a result of using the Site or the artworks purchased on it, beyond the cost of the artwork itself.
